International freight traffic continues to rise sharply
Total freight handled worldwide in May 2010 grew by 27 percent compared to May 2009 with international freight surging
strongly by 35 percent and domestic by 12 percent.
The first five months of 2010 showed total freight growing by 24 percent with international freight rising by 32 percent
and domestic freight increasing by 11 percent.
